This will ultimately filter out those viewings which have no potential and reduces the time necessary to prepare for each viewing.

In an ideal situation a 'Matterport' camera with multiple sensors measures each room’s spatial depth and distance and construct a 3D model where each room can be walked through with a 360° orientation. This is by far the best approach.  However, in the current climate we  cannot access a property to carry out the filming but here is an example of a virtual tour of a luxury hotel...
