In the recent Property Academy Home Moving Trends Survey, one of the questions asked was, “has the decision for the UK to leave the EU impacted your decision to move?”85% of respondents said no, it did not impact their decision to move. Excellent news for those considering a sale in 2017! The vast majority have not so far been impacted by the EU decision, and according to the largest independent estate agency survey, just 7% believe house prices have decreased as a result of this decision. All of which supports our view that if you are considering a move, there is every reason to be optimistic about the outcome and even more reason to take early and decisive action while sentiment remains positive.
